Sanitary / Dosing

General Description

The FFS Line combines the rigorous polish and cleanability standards of our sanitary range with the pinpoint accuracy of a dosing pump. Its monoblock (direct-coupled) design results in a compact footprint, ideal for integration into skids or injection panels where space is critical.

It stands out for its high metering accuracy (deviation under 1%) and an extremely smooth, low-shear, pulsation-free pumping action that protects the integrity of sensitive additives, flavorings, or enzymes. With no complex valves, it handles viscous fluids and even those with small suspended solids without clogging.

  • Food & Beverage: Precise injection of flavorings, colorants, vitamins, and enzymes on continuous lines.
  • Dairy Industry: Dosing of rennet, cultures, and liquid additives with low shear.
  • Cosmetics & Pharmaceutical: Micro-dosing of essences, essential oils, lotions, and creams.
  • Compact Systems: OEM integration into packaging machines and automated process equipment.

The direct-coupled (monoblock) design and the plug-in rotor/stator assembly make installation and disassembly extremely simple. By reducing the number of components (such as couplings and long baseplates), downtime, operating costs, and total equipment weight are all minimized.

Why choose the FFS Line?
Flow Stability: Delivers a constant, linear flow rate, essential for keeping the recipe accurate in food processes.
Full Control: Fully compatible with closed-loop systems (VFD/PLC) to vary speed and adjust the dose in real time.
High Sanitary Pressure: Overcomes the limitation of many dosing pumps, reaching 24 bar without compromising cleanability.
