Transfer / Surface

General Description

The NEA Line is our robust, industrial-grade horizontal progressing cavity pump, purpose-built for heavy-duty surface operations. It features a high-strength bearing frame capable of withstanding the most extreme axial and radial loads.

With continuous, turbulence-free flow, it is the ideal choice for transferring crude oil, aggressive fluids, or extremely high-viscosity media — even those with a significant content of solid particles up to 80 mm. The casing connection allows 90° or 180° rotation, simplifying integration into existing piping.

  • Crude oil transfer and reprocessing batteries.
  • Handling of effluents with high solids content.
  • Knock-Out Drums (KOD) and condensate pumping.
  • API separators and drain sump tanks.
  • Tanker truck loading and unloading operations.

The unit can be supplied as a bare shaft with mounting feet for bolting in any orientation, or fully skid-mounted (gear motor included) with a flexible coupling. Delivered flow is strictly proportional to RPM, allowing precise process control.

Why choose the NEA Line?
Damage-Free Flow: Pumps without generating turbulence or emulsions, preserving the original structure of the crude oil and water.
Reinforced Bearing Frame: The head is specifically engineered to withstand the continuous axial stress of oilfield operation.
Flexibility: Its design allows the suction and discharge connections to be rotated to simplify piping.
