General Description
The NES Line stands out for its universal-application monoblock configuration, where the drive couples directly to the pump. This compact design eliminates the need for long baseplates and extra bearings, resulting in a highly efficient solution for tight spaces.
It guarantees continuous, gentle transfer that's completely free of pulsation, delivering a flow rate directly proportional to rotational speed. It's the definitive equipment for pumping highly viscous media (up to 1,000,000 mPas), thixotropic and abrasive fluids, and even media with solids up to 150 mm.

| Allowable Viscosity | From 1 mPas up to 1,000,000 mPas |
| Max. Solids Passage | Up to 150 mm |
| Coupling & Assembly Type | Direct monoblock (horizontal or vertical position) |
| Sealing Systems | Mechanical seal (single, double, cartridge) or PTFE packing |
Thanks to its versatility, it's widely used across many industry segments:
- Environment & Energy: Sludge, dewatered biosolids, and wastewater.
- Chemical & Pulp/Paper: Adhesives, chemical pastes, toxic or aggressive fluids (pH 1-14).
- Oil & Gas: Transfer of hydrocarbons, abrasive fluids, or lubricants.
- Food & Pharmaceutical: Shear-sensitive products.
By integrating the motor and/or gearbox directly, both investment and maintenance costs are significantly reduced. It requires no field alignment, its assembly allows mounting in either horizontal or vertical position, and the flow direction can be easily reversed according to process needs. It also features an easy-to-service sealing system that doesn't require removing the entire drive.
